BIO:
Adam Lubitz graduated from
Brown University, class of 2009, with a double-major in Theatre Arts
and Literary Arts. He is an actor. Then, dialectician, reader,
musician, lifeguard, satirist, playwright, audiophile, fisherman,
whistler, poet, clown, and admirer of fine things. Favorite work at
Columbia includes Golden Boy (Joe), Beckett's A Piece of
Monologue, Antony & Cleopatra (Caesar), A Streetcar
Named Dersire (Stanley), Medea (Kreon), Playing with
Fire (Axel), Death of a Salesman (Happy), Uncle
Vanya(Vanya), The Pillowman (Katurian), Amphitryon
(Amphitryon), and Boy Gets Girl (Tony). Last summer he kicked
off his professional career at the Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival
playing many characters including Romeo in Romeo and Juliet,
Francisco and Norwegian Captain in Hamlet and a Cajun Second
Merchant with lobster claws for hands in The Comedy of
Errors. Adam joys in creating performance for people everywhere
and wishes to thank Mom, Dad, Erica, Gramma Millie, his admired
colleagues and excellent friends with all his heart. From Milford, NH,
Adam is in great awe of the stage that's all the world.
