Adam
Tsekhman is currently finishing his final year at Columbia’s
School of the Arts in pursuit of an MFA in theatre acting. Adam holds a
Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from
the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. His
favorite roles at Columbia include Léandre in Scapin,
Valère in Tartuffe (both at Classic Stage Company), Jason in
Scratch (a modern adaptation of Medea), Andrew Kragler in
Brecht’s Drums in the Night, the Brother in Roberto Zucco, and
Moritz Stiefel in Spring Awakening. Adam is currently working on the
new number one Russian primetime one hour drama called Zona for one of
Russia’s largest television channels, NTV. He is playing the role
of Dennis Warren, a wrongly imprisoned American artist in a Siberian
prison. Adam is a Canadian citizen who hails from Toronto, Canada.
